Cold Snow Cream to Warm Your Heart

Hey, might as well make something while you’re doing nothing. A simple recipe using just pure snow, honey, and whipping cream to make a silky, feathery, yogurt-like snack. Instead of risking wrapping your vehicle around a light pole driving to stave off your cabin fever, walk outside, gather some free snow, and start making this treat.

Ready for the complex list of ingredients? Ok, here they are:

  • 2 Cups of Snow (Only use white snow. Stay away from yellow snow.)

  • 1/4 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1/8 Cup of Bee 901 Co. Honey

This works best if you make everything outside in the cold. But keep the honey warm.

  1. Break up the clumps of snow with a whisk.

  2. Drizzle the honey over the snow.

  3. Pour in the cream.

  4. Whisk together for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy (or until frostbite kicks in).
**Optional: Add vanilla for a little extra kick.

  5. Enjoy!
